Open Monday–Friday, 1:00 pm-5:00 pm. Staff will distribute hygiene kits, safe sex kits and food as needed, as well as providing life skills and recreational activities. Also, emergency shelter, transitional housing programs and street outreach to homeless youth.

The KUTO Crisis Helpline is the only hotline in St. Louis staffed entirely by trained youth volunteers. Callers are assured they will talk with someone who knows what it’s like to be a young person. Call in the local calling area, or from elsewhere. This is not a 24/7 line. If you need to speak with a crisis specialist when the KUTO line is not in service, take advantage of the other crisis lines listed in this section.
